How do I know that I have successfully booked my taxi /minivan?
După ce ati efectuat rezervarea dvs. prin sistemul nostru de rezervare on-line, veti primi un prim mesaj pe e-mailul furnizat, astfel încat sa stiti că solicitarea dvs. a fost bine trimisa și este procesata. Veti primi un al doilea mesaj pentru a va confirma rezervarea. Dacă nu ați primit mesajul de confirmare, rezervarea nu a fost facuta inca.
Calatoresc cu multe bagaje. Vor exista taxe suplimentare?
For TAXI: The maximum number of luggage our vehicles can carry is 3 large sized suitcases. However if you are planning on travelling with bulky luggage (oversized suitcases, a bicycle or a wheelchair) please let us know in advance so we can provide you with a vehicle with the most spacious port baggage. No extra fees are charged for your luggage as long as they fit in one vehicle. If it doesn?t fit in one vehicle, we can arrange for a second vehicle to carry the rest of your luggage but on your own expense.
For MINIVAN: The maximum number of luggage our vehicles can carry is 8 large sized suitcases. Ce se intampla daca zborul meu are intarziere?
Soferul va va astepta chiar daca zborul dvs. are intarziere. Monitorizam si actualizam traseul zborului. Totuși, ar fi util să ne informati daca aveti posibilitatea.
Nu vor exista taxe suplimentare in cazul in care zborul dvs. are intarziere.

We will need the following details for arranging your pickup taxi / minivan transfer from the airport: number of passengers, arrival date and time, airline company and flight number. For the return: the number of passengers, the return pickup location, the date and the pickup time.
The 8% discount that we offer on the return price for roundtrips, it will apply (even you don’t make a reservation online). Just mention us that you travelled with us on arriving, and we will give you the correct price.
How can I meet the taxi /minivan driver at the airport?
The appointed taxi / minivan driver will be waiting for you in the Arrival?s lounge at the estimated arrival time of your flight, holding a sign with your name on it.
