How and when do I pay?
No prepayment is necessary in order to book a taxi with us. Our company will never ask for your credit card details.
Payment is made directly to the taxi driver when arriving at your destination.
Payment can be made in cash or by credit card.
Card payments are accepted, but please inform us in advance to make the necessary arrangements.
How do I know that I have successfully booked my taxi /minivan?
After having submitted your reservation through our on-line booking system, you will receive a message, to the email you provided us, so you know that your request was well sent and is being processed. You will receive a second message once your reservation is confirmed. If you haven΄t received the confirmation message the reservation hasn’t been made yet.
I’m travelling with a large amount of luggage. Will there be any extra charges?
For TAXI: The maximum number of luggage our vehicles can carry is 3 large sized suitcases. However if you are planning on travelling with bulky luggage (oversized suitcases, a bicycle or a wheelchair) please let us know in advance so we can provide you with a vehicle with the most spacious port baggage. No extra fees are charged for your luggage as long as they fit in one vehicle. If it doesn’t fit in one vehicle, we can arrange for a second vehicle to carry the rest of your luggage but on your own expense.
For MINIVAN: The maximum number of luggage our vehicles can carry is 8 large sized suitcases. I’m travelling with my child and I will be needing a child’s seat
We seriously take into account the safety of your children.
For TAXI: Baby and child seats are available as long as you have requested one when filling out the reservation form. Extra charge will be applied for this type of service (Baby seat: 5 euros per seat per one-way/ Child seat: 5 euros per seat per one-way/ Booster seat: free of charge).
For MINIVAN: Baby and child seats are available as long as you have requested one when filling out the reservation form. No extra charge will be applied for this type of service (Baby seat: free of charge/ Child seat: free of charge/ Booster seat: free of charge).
What happens if there’s a delay in my flight?
The driver will be waiting for you even if your flight is delayed. We’re following and updating any changes in the flight route. However, it would be useful if you could inform us.
There will be no extra charge for flight delays.
Can I book a taxi / Minivan directly without using the online booking system?

Or even contact us through our Facebook page or WhatsApp. Whatever is more convenient for you!
We will need the following details for arranging your pickup taxi / minivan transfer from the airport: number of passengers, arrival date and time, airline company and flight number. For the return: the number of passengers, the return pickup location, the date and the pickup time.
The 8% discount that we offer on the return price for roundtrips, it will apply (even you don’t make a reservation online). Just mention us that you travelled with us on arriving, and we will give you the correct price.
How can I meet the taxi /minivan driver at the airport?
The appointed taxi / minivan driver will be waiting for you in the Arrival’s lounge at the estimated arrival time of your flight, holding a sign with your name on it.
