После отправки Вашего заказа на нашу систему онлайн-бронирования, Вы получите сообщение на адрес предоставленной Вами электронной почты, с подтверждением, что заказ был успешно отправлен и обрабатывается системой. Второе сообщение, которое Вы получите, и будет являться подтверждением бронирования. Если вы не получили сообщение с подтверждением, значит, бронирование ещё не выполнено.

For TAXI: The maximum number of luggage our vehicles can carry is 3 large sized suitcases. However if you are planning on travelling with bulky luggage (oversized suitcases, a bicycle or a wheelchair) please let us know in advance so we can provide you with a vehicle with the most spacious port baggage. No extra fees are charged for your luggage as long as they fit in one vehicle. If it doesn?t fit in one vehicle, we can arrange for a second vehicle to carry the rest of your luggage but on your own expense.

Водитель будет ждать Вас, даже если Ваш рейс задерживается. Мы следим за любыми изменениями в маршруте полёта и корректируем программу. Тем не менее, если бы Вы нашли возможность сообщить нам о задержке, мы были бы очень признательны.
За ожидание пассажира в случае задержки рейса дополнительная плата не взимается.

We will need the following details for arranging your pickup taxi / minivan transfer from the airport: number of passengers, arrival date and time, airline company and flight number. For the return: the number of passengers, the return pickup location, the date and the pickup time.
The 8% discount that we offer on the return price for roundtrips, it will apply (even you don’t make a reservation online). Just mention us that you travelled with us on arriving, and we will give you the correct price.

The appointed taxi / minivan driver will be waiting for you in the Arrival?s lounge at the estimated arrival time of your flight, holding a sign with your name on it.
