Nachdem Sie die Reservation in unserem Buchungssystem abgeschlossen haben, werden wir Ihnen nach Erhalt Ihrer Anfrage eine E-Mailnachricht zustellen. So können Sie sicher sein, dass Ihre Anfrage angekommen ist und bearbeitet wird. Wenn die Reservation bestätigt ist, werden Sie eine zweite Nachricht erhalten. Sollten Sie keine Bestätigungsnachricht erhalten haben, so wurde noch keine Reservation gemacht.

For TAXI: The maximum number of luggage our vehicles can carry is 3 large sized suitcases. However if you are planning on travelling with bulky luggage (oversized suitcases, a bicycle or a wheelchair) please let us know in advance so we can provide you with a vehicle with the most spacious port baggage. No extra fees are charged for your luggage as long as they fit in one vehicle. If it doesn?t fit in one vehicle, we can arrange for a second vehicle to carry the rest of your luggage but on your own expense.

Der Fahrer wird bei Verspätung auf Sie warten. Wir informieren uns laufend über allfällige verspätete Ankunftszeiten. Sollten Sie jedoch die Möglichkeit haben, uns zu informieren, so wären wir Ihnen dankbar.

We will need the following details for arranging your pickup taxi / minivan transfer from the airport: number of passengers, arrival date and time, airline company and flight number. For the return: the number of passengers, the return pickup location, the date and the pickup time.
The 8% discount that we offer on the return price for roundtrips, it will apply (even you don’t make a reservation online). Just mention us that you travelled with us on arriving, and we will give you the correct price.

The appointed taxi / minivan driver will be waiting for you in the Arrival?s lounge at the estimated arrival time of your flight, holding a sign with your name on it.
